As i am listening to Ghetto Pony play their live in-studio performance on KEXP it reminds me of another band that i love that i have yet to post about even though they have received massive amounts of blogosphere lovins to date. The Ponys remind me of a mix of The Cure and those lovely Swedes, the Shout Out Louds, both of which are good things. I was sad to have missed them when they were at the Bowery with Black Lips and am hoping to catch them this time around on July 21st if Siren Fest does not finish me off first. In the meantime, check them out!
