New York always shows love for Chan Marshall when she graces us with tour dates so it is only fitting that her latest announced dates are commencing with an engagement at McCarren Pool on July 7th. Seeing Chan with her captivating stage presence and beautiful songs under the summer sky sounds perfect, definitely will be making it out to Williamsburg for this on. Chan is also on the bill for the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago at Union Park on July 14th. As one who was distrusting of all the hype surrounding Cat Power for many many months I finally gave in and went to see her at the MoMA and completely fell in love. So...for all of you who have yet to see her-what are you waiting for?!
